As a personal care dental practice, we provide the best possible care to our patients that we can. We can do this only by spending the time and energy needed by each and every patient and by using the best materials we feel are available.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders & major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. We also offer three interest-free monthly payments for any out-of-pocket expenses without needing a credit check or review. Additionally, we offer a 10% senior citizen discount to patients’ age 65 and better without insurance and other affordable payment options.
Insurance
Coming from a modest upbringing, Dr. Zeik understands how hard people work to be able to afford health care. With this in mind, we make it a point to keep fees as reasonable as possible, especially for the quality of service that we provide.
As a service to our patients, Zeik Dental honors several dental insurance programs. Our office staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits and in most cases, submit them for you. However, we remind you that your specify policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less services. If necessary, our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.
The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available.
