Am I able to use the Dental Discount Plan in addition to my dental insurance?

No, the Dental Discount Plan is specifically for patients who cannot afford dental insurance or whose employer does not provide them with dental insurance.

I would like to put my good friend on my Dental Discount Plan as one of my family members. Would this be a problem?

Yes. The only persons that may be added to The Zeik Dental Discount Plan must be family members, e.g. Spouse, parent, children, etc.

What information do you need to join The Zeik Dental Discount Plan?

To join The Zeik Dental Discount Plan is easy. All you have to do is fill out an application and begin saving up to 20% on all your dental work.

What happens if I don’t see the dentist every 6 months?

Unfortunately, if you fail to come in for your 6-month visits your Dental Discount Plan will become void and you must apply for a new membership.
